“Sex and Money: A National Search for Human Worth”
(for mature audience)
This eye-opening documentary follows a group of journalists as they travel across
the United States seeking to understand how the sexual exploitation of children has
become the nation’s fastest growing form of organized crime and what can be
done to stop it.
It is estimated that there are 100,000 – 300,000 children forced into the sex trade
in the United States each year. There are many ways you can help address this
horrible issue, whether as part of your company or school, or as an individual. Join
us October 14 to learn more. Refreshments will be available. A special guest from
the State of Michigan Attorney General’s office will present information on recent
efforts to combat human trafficking at the state level. This is a FREE event – open
to the public.
