When you have a historic goal, you need an equally memorable celebration. That was the feeling of the hundreds of community members that came together last night for the unveiling of the United Way of Midland County results at the November Chamber Connection.
Midland County is a place where people care about other people. This year’s United Way campaign truly illustrates the heart of our community, as they came together to raise a record-setting $5,050,312 to meet prioritized needs throughout Midland County.
“For those who have been long time donors; or those who gave for the first time—thank you for your incredible generosity,” Ann Fillmore, Executive Director of United Way of Midland County. “There has been a tremendous outpouring of support from the community to achieve this momentous mark. Each division was led by community volunteers who dedicated countless hours to spreading the Live United message.”
