Improving Brain Health Part 1. Routine habits, lifestyles and activities can influence the smooth functioning of our brains. In Part one of “Improving Brain Health,” learn how the brain works and what influences can create changes in the brain. Discover how the individual lifestyles and activity modifications may positively affect your brain’s wellbeing.
