Chuck Martin, Master Gardener at Dow Gardens, will give a talk on “Dividing Rhizomes.” This is a process used by gardeners to propagate certain plants like asparagus, ginger, irises, Lily of the Valley, Cannas and sympodial orchids. Chuck will show us how to do it and get the best result. It’s also a great way to extend your garden or share plants with a friend. Join us for lunch before the attending this fascinating program.
