The Affordable Housing Alliance (AHA) is devoted to the development of affordable housing opportunities for low-income Midland families. AHA owns sixty-eight 2 and 3 bedroom rental units that are provided for rent at less than market rates to families who earn less than 30% and 50% of median income in Midland County.

A collaborative made up of representatives from 28 agencies with the mission of providing housing-related services to those who are homeless or living in substandard housing. The Continuum of Care promotes safe, supportive shelter and affordable housing for all.

MidMichigan Home Care, formerly Visiting Nurse Association, brings professional health services to the homes of those in need. Services include: skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, respiratory therapy, speech therapy, home infusion, home health aides, medical social work, palliative care, hospice and bereavement services which include group therapy counseling and a teen grief program.
