The Tocqueville Society is a national association created to celebrate individuals who demonstrate exceptional generosity and leadership through philanthropy by donating $10,000 or more to United Way of Midland County.

Leadership Circle

Our Leadership Circle recognizes generous donors who contribute $1,000 or more annually to the United Way of Midland County. It also honors those from Young Leaders United who donate $500 and above. These can be individual gifts or combined with a spouse’s gift.

GOLD CIRCLE: $5,000 – $9,999
SILVER CIRCLE: $2,500 – $4,999
BRONZE CIRCLE: $1,000 – $2,499
YOUNG LEADERSHIP CIRCLE: $500 – $999

The Herbert H. and Grace A. Dow Foundation offer a generous matching grant. A $500 match is provided for all new Leadership Circle donors or existing members who increase their donation by $500. They also provide a $5,000 match for new or step-up Tocqueville Society members.
