Tai Chi is known for its many health benefits for both body and mind, and promotes an overall sense of well-being, vitality and inner calm. Referred to as “meditation in motion,” the gentle flowing movements encourage the letting go of stress and tension. Classes are taught in an open, friendly, non-competitive atmosphere.
